Beverly is originally from the scenic city of Chattanooga, Tennessee. She fell in love with the sport of Rowing there, and continues to pass on that love by coaching a youth rowing team on Lake Wylie. She first visited Charlotte in 1999 and instantly knew she wanted to plant her roots in the Queen City. When she isn’t working with her clients you can find her playing with her dogs or supporting any of the vast array of breweries Charlotte has to offer.

She began her career in the housing market as a project manager for residential construction. Her construction roots and experience in the housing market are perfect combination of skills for helping her clients navigate the process of buying and selling. She has a talent for knowing a house from the studs to the roof, from the inside out. She has superior knowledge of eclectic neighborhoods and has her finger on the pulse of what is up and coming areas.
